Private, human‑led oncology navigation

The weight of navigating cancer — carried with you, and for you.

A navigator becomes, in effect, another caregiver in your family — one fluent in oncology and in the technology. They gather the records, keep the picture current, prepare every visit, and surface the paths worth asking about.

Every engagement begins with a conversation — never a checkout.

A caregiver with a gentle hand on the shoulder of an older loved one, in a warm sunlit room
One person. Your whole case. Not a chatbot. Not a call center.
A conversation before any commitment — we listen first, always.
Three months, then month to month — ease off or step up as the moment changes.
From the team behind OncoChat — the same care, with a person at the center.
White glove means we do the work

In effect, another caregiver in your family.

Most services hand you tools and wish you luck. Your navigator picks the tools up — including OncoChat itself. They build and run your family's workspace, so the technology works for you even on the days you can't look at a screen.

Fluent in the technology, too. Your navigator works inside your OncoChat — uploading, organizing, annotating — so everything they do is visible to you, in one place, anytime.
They gather everything, from every portal
Records, scans, pathology, genomics — chased down, brought into one living picture, and kept current, so far less is missed and far less is repeated.
They prepare you for every oncology appointment
A prepared packet before each oncology visit — what changed, what to ask, what to push on — and a written debrief after, so decisions never rest on memory.
They translate the science — honestly
Molecular results in plain language, and in the discussion guides at the higher level each option is written up with its evidence strength stated — established, biological rationale, or early signal — so a hope is never dressed as a fact.
They open the doors that are hard to find
Clinical trials, second opinions across institutions, access programs — found and read closely against your case, and at the higher level pursued for you. Eligibility is always the investigator’s call, never ours.
They watch between the visits
Symptoms, labs and changes tracked as they happen, and carried to your care team so they don’t wait for the next appointment to be noticed. Anything clinical goes to your doctors — we route it, they judge it.
How it works

It begins with a conversation — and stays personal from there.

01
A private conversation
We listen to where you are — the diagnosis, the household, what's actually hard right now. No cost, no obligation.
02
Matched with your navigator
One experienced oncology navigator, chosen for your situation and its intensity — a person you'll come to know by name.
03
They build your workspace
Your navigator sets up and runs your family's OncoChat — records requested, timeline built, portals connected — so as much of the picture as institutions have released is in front of you before your next appointment, and whatever is still outstanding is named.
04
At your side, at your pace
Visits prepped, changes watched, options surfaced — leaning in during a crisis, easing back when things settle. The level of support flexes with the moment.
Services

At one level we manage the case. At the other, we navigate it too.

The difference is how much of the work we take off you — never a different quality of attention. Both levels name the hours they include, so you know exactly what you are buying. Families move between them as the moment changes.

The edges, drawn

What's included, and what isn't.

A price only means something if you can see where it stops. Nothing here is buried in a contract — it is the whole of it.

When we’re reachable
Weekdays 8am–6pm, plus a Saturday morning window at the higher level. We are not an urgent or emergency service. If something is wrong medically, call your care team's triage line or 911. And if we haven't come back to you by the end of the next business day — the same day at the higher level — reach us again at [email protected] or on the direct line in your welcome pack, rather than waiting on a message.
Your hours
Each level names the hours it includes. If a month is running long we tell you before you reach the limit and agree what happens next — more hours at an agreed rate, a move up where there is one, or a trim of scope for the month. You will never get an invoice you have not already agreed to.
Records
We request from up to eight organizations at the start and four a quarter after that, following up three times on each. Institutions have up to 60 days to respond under federal law. We cannot compel them, we cannot promise a date, and their copying fees are passed through to you.
Second opinions
At the higher level we coordinate up to two a year — centers identified, records assembled and sent, scheduling driven, debrief written. The institution’s and physician’s fees are yours. We cannot promise a date: pathology material alone can take a month to travel.
Insurance appeals
Up to two a year at the higher level, first-level internal, built and drafted for your signature. You remain the party to the appeal. Across the industry, two of every three internal appeals are denied — we can prepare a better one, not change that.
Clinical trials
We search and re-screen at both levels; at the higher level we contact sites directly and write down whatever each one tells us. Eligibility is decided by the study investigator, never by us. We take no money from any trial site, sponsor, laboratory, hospital or physician — for anything, ever.
Your results
We translate the vocabulary and turn it into questions worth asking. We do not tell you what your results mean for you, whether they are good or bad news, or what to do next. Those are your doctor’s to say, and ours to help you ask about.
Who we cover
You, and up to three people you name in writing. At the higher level your navigator joins up to two appointments a month, by phone or video — we do not attend in person.
Term and billing
Three months to start, then month to month. Pause or move between levels on notice. And if the person we are caring for dies: billing stops the moment we are told, we refund that whole month without proration and without being asked, we transfer everything we have assembled to whoever the family names, and no renewal notice ever reaches that household.
George Lee, founder of the OncoChat Private Concierge
Why this exists

“I lost my mother to ovarian cancer in 2025. Through her illness I became her navigator — more than two thousand hours in oncology, cellular biology, pharmacology, genetics; years in and out of hospitals and clinics; learning to read the literature myself because too much of it contradicted itself. I remember the folder of records nobody could make sense of, and the right question arriving a day too late.

No family should need someone willing to make that their whole life just to get complete information and honest answers. Most families don't have that person. The Private Concierge is that person — someone who already knows your whole story, who does the work I had to teach myself, and who stands beside you the way I wish someone had stood beside us.”

Where we stand

We prepare you for your doctor. We never replace your doctor.

A clear boundary is part of the care. It holds at every level of engagement — it's what lets us be genuinely useful without ever putting your safety at risk. Everything we hand you ends in a question for your care team, not an answer.

WE DO
Organize recordsTranslate reports & molecular resultsPrepare your questionsFind trial & access pathwaysCoordinate second opinionsTrack changes between visits
WE DON'T
DiagnosePrescribeInterpret your resultsDecide treatmentStrategize around your care team
Where we write up an option, we state its evidence strength — established, biological rationale, or early signal — so a hope is never dressed up as a fact.

Start with a conversation.

Private, unhurried, and free of obligation — a chance to tell us where you are, and to hear honestly whether a navigator would help.

OncoChat Private Concierge provides administrative, educational and coordination support only. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, interpret results or provide medical advice, and we are not an emergency service. For anything medical, contact your care team; in an emergency, call 911.
